Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the product must meet the following conditions:
- Condition: The item must be new, unused, and in the same condition as received.
- Packaging: The product must be returned in its original packaging, including the branded box or sealed bag, with all tags, labels, and accessories intact.
- Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or order confirmation must be provided.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Custom or personalized products made to order.
- Products that have been installed, used, or altered in any way.
- Items that are missing parts, accessories, or packaging.
- Clearance or final sale items.
Return Window
You must request a return within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery. Returns initiated outside this window will not be accepted.
Return Process
- Contact Us: Notify our support team by email with your order number, product details, and reason for the return.
- Authorization: Once approved, we will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and the return address.
- Shipping:

- Use a trackable shipping method and include the RA number clearly on the return package.
- Inspection: Upon receipt, we will inspect the product to ensure it meets the return conditions.
Refund Policy
- Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after the returned item passes inspection.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method for the product’s value, excluding any original shipping fees unless the return is due to our error.
- If the returned product does not meet the return conditions, it will be sent back to the customer at their expense.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Please include photos of the damage or defect, along with your order details. We will arrange for a replacement or refund after reviewing the issue.
Exchanges
Exchanges are handled as a return followed by a new order. Return the original item in accordance with the policy above, and place a new order for the desired product.
Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled before shipment. Once the product has been dispatched, the order is subject to the standard returns process.
