How long does shipping take?

Our standard shipping typically takes 3-10 business days. For Manufacturer Partners outside the USA, it can take up to 3 weeks. We will provide estimated shipping time for each product. While we aim to deliver as quickly as possible, this timeframe ensures all orders are processed, prepared, and dispatched with care. If the products are not ready for shipping in 72 hours, we will refund you 100%.

Can I track my order?

Absolutely. Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive an email with tracking details, so you can follow your shipment every step of the way. Every step of shipping process will be sent through email notifications or using tracking page.

Do you have my product in stock?

Every product page includes a stock level indicator to show what’s available. We always update the inventory 24/24. We’ll be happy to check availability and provide updates on new stock arrivals if you need a help.

Do you deliver the Next Day?

Yes! Many of our products qualify for Next Day Delivery, and we partner with reliable couriers to ensure your package arrives on time. You’ll receive a 1-hour delivery notification on the morning of your delivery, along with a “You’re Next” alert when the driver is nearby. What is DDP shipping?

DDP stands for Delivered Duty Paid. It is an international shipping term where the seller assumes all responsibilities, risks, and costs associated with delivering goods to the buyer's designated location. This includes paying for shipping fees, export and import duties, taxes, and customs clearance.

My goods arrived damaged, what should I do?

We’re sorry to hear that your order wasn’t delivered in perfect condition. Please email us with your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs of the damaged item. Once we receive this information, we’ll arrange for a replacement or refund and handle the return process.

There is an item missing from my order.

If an item is missing, contact us immediately. Sometimes items ship separately, or there may be a stock delay. We’ll investigate and provide a solution promptly. Please check your email inbox for any communication about your order.

How do I return an order?

You can return items within 14 days of receipt. Ensure the product is new in its original packaging and securely wrapped for safe transit. Once we receive the item in sellable condition, we’ll issue a full refund for the product value. Contact us for the return address and further instructions.

My order hasn‘t arrived, please help?

Double-check your order confirmation to ensure expected delivery times. Orders placed after 3 PM may take an extra business day. If there’s a delay, feel free to call us, and we’ll work with the courier to resolve the issue promptly.
